I would go into tools/accounts and make sure it is set up in there properly.. Here is a site you might want to have a look at.. You shouldn't have any more problems.. http://www.gis.net/tech/email/outlook_express/outlook_express_mail_setup.html good luck :o)

http://www.enet.com.np/outlook.html follow the setup directions, from your isp. if that fails call them. when it happens here the server at the isp is offline for repairs/upgrades.

if you have a fire wall make sure a virus program is not being blocked. email is scanned going in or out if its blocked you will get that message. go to the blocklist in the firewall and be sure its not blocked if it is unblock it .
