and vise versa.
Long story short, I have 3 computers on my network running 98/ME/XP.
Does anyone know how I can make my xp box show up on the network? I have all the protocals installed and turned the firewall protection off.

Haven't installed XP yet, still reading up on it. Could the problem be that your XP installation is NTFS? In which case it won't be visible to Win98\ME?
Just guessing

I don't think it could be that due to my xp box not being formatted to ntfs.
Thanks for the idea though.
I don't understand this.. I got an ME box to talk to an XP box on a p2p network at another house, but with my network I can't get it to work.. I even have the same setup.
