can't see hidden files

i always used hidding folders from now on i came to a virus that automaticaly turn off hidden files to don't show how should i remove it.when i open folder options and click on show hidden files then it automaticaly turn it off.

More information is needed.

1) How do you know that this is a virus?
2) Did a scan discover it?
3) Which scanner picked it up?
4) What is the name of the virus? (what did the scan report it as?)

You could also download the free tool called Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT) at the link below.

Make sure you boot in to Safe Mode to use Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT).

i know it is a virus because i removed my antivirus norton360
then this virus came and it's name is win32/nsanti i don't know how to remove it but it also afected something that when i open c:\ from my computer it opens it on a new explorer and i installed avg it showed that virus found is some dll file in temp directory of my account .Now i have installed norton 360 again now i open c:\ it still opens in a new explorer but does not show any notifications.And i still can't see the hidden files.

And one more thing maybe the virus came from a newfolder.exe which i opened from a pen drive. The newfolder.exe did was it opened into my background restricted me to open task manager and all the folders i visited it created a newfolder.exe in there .
But that problem has been removed.
