Clear your Cookies in IE

Tools > Internet Options > Delete button (under Browsing history).
Tick box against Cookies then use Delete button..

You might prefer to untick that option after clearing.

You might have to sign in again on various websites afterwards. The alternative is to clear Temporary Internet Files instead, then go to Tools > Internet Options > Settings button > View files button - then delete the particular cookie you are interested in.

The Cookie file is saved on your machine by the website - see Google if you want to know more about Cookies.
