Can't save password in Dial up Net

Dear all.
evrytime i diap up and click the "save username and password" , however it doesnt work when i restart computer . User name and password field blank again. What should i do.? Thanks.

Click on start then run and type services.msc and click ok. Scroll down the list and make sure that the Protected Storage service is set to automatic and is started.

Dear Sandman.
Protector storage service is default that meant is set to automatic started. But i still cant save the username and password

About the only other thing I can think of is to delete your dialup connection and make a new one.
