Why is it that I can’t do a system restore? Before it used to work fine but now it won’t run. It says “system restore wasn’t able to protect your computer. Please restart and run system restore again”. I was doing some installations and did some or about 3-5 system restore when my PC became unstable after the installations then when I try to do a system restore again it says that message over and over. Even if I restart and run it again it still wouldn’t work. I still have a least 12 gb of HD space left.

What is the use of the System Volume Information folder? Is it okey of I delete the files inside it?

Please help.. I cant perform a system restore again in case I will need it. I need to have it fixed fast

The System Volume Information folder is where the System Restore information is saved.

Allocate more space to it first. Turn it off reboot then re-enable it.
