I am removing spyware from a friends pc running windows xp home edition and I ran ad-aware on the admin account and removed all spyware. When I checked the guest account it still has spyware. I can run ad-aware in the guest account but as soon as it is done scanning ad-aware encounters an error and has to close. I guess because you can't change or remove files under the guest account. So how can this be done? Why doesn't it remove the spyware in the guest account when you run ad-aware in the admin account? Thanks in advance...

Have you tried it in Safe Mode with the Administrator account?

Tried removing spyware in safe mode and it still shows spyware under guest account and no spyware when ad-aware is run on the admin account. Any other suggestions?
