Specs: Windows XP, 512 Mb
Running Windows XP on my old computer. Trying to connect to Sprint Overdrive but tech support said I had to delete Sprint PCS Connection Manager. When I try it says "Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". Help, how do I get rid of this file? Thanks

If you can't get the uninstaller to work. You can do it this way.

1. Click Start

2. My Computer

3. Click The main drive you have the program on (most likely C)

4. Program Files

5. Find the sprint pcs connection manager.

6. Right click and click delete And make sure to get it out of the recycle bin to.

Thanks for the reply. While I tried your method and removed the Sprint and two Sierra Wireless files, I still could not remove the Sprint PCS Manager. It did encourage me to try again and I noticed under connect to a wireless that under advanced, let windows connect, I got it to work. And that, the Sprint advanced techs couldn't figure out in six hours. Again, thanks. Daniel
