Change directory to one containing the programme. type dir and look. If you cannot work out what the programme name is from there then there then no one can help you.

Alternatively, use Widows Explorer; it a lot easier and only take a few mouse clicks.

BTW, Its a Command Prompt not DOS. There is no DOS in Windows XP. DOS died with Windows 98.

Thanks, I figured it out from the directory, altho it was a little different: the directory said QA1.EXE, but the command that worked was simply "qa."
Also I want to say that I know it's not DOS but it is like DOS because I work on it on a black screen and have to use the keyboard and F1 thru F10 and ESC keys, like DOS.

In my case, it is because I was not aware of NT and I am not familiar with Unix. I went from DOS on my old IBM computer to Windows computers, I guess back in 2000, and I am still using them. I thought the Command Prompt was DOS. But, thanks for telling me.

At least one does. A Linux user once argued with me the the Linux Command Prompt was DOS. Just because it had a text screen like DOS.
