In order to reinstall Windows XP you need to have Win XP setup disk.

Please explain the problem better. Is there an error message you are receiving? At what point does the problem occur?

THE C DRIVE CRASHED I HAD TO REPLACE IT

What exactly did you replace?

More info please.

Contact the manufacturer of your computer to BUY a restore set of disks, if they are still available.

My V2 premier computer I bought back in 2004 has a problem. The drive itself is no good has crashed and is unusable. It is long gone in the trash and we went and bought another hard drive and had it placed back into the computer. The drive had to be replaced. This being the case the computer didn’t come with a windows reinstall disk. As I understand it there was a copy on the hard drive but that is no longer functioning. What we are looking for is a replacement disk so we can reinstall windows. I already have the means to replace all but the operating system. All we need is the windows replacement disk with this serial number..

It isn't a good idea to post your serial number online. Anyone could steal that number from you and use it. Contact Microsoft and see if they will sell you a disc. You've already purchased a licensed copy.
