Can't print Web pages or email. Was OK. Didn't change anything (that I know of). All else prints OK. All I get is page number at top of page and file line at bottom.

Slim: a place to start:

Internet Explorer View menu, Encoding, click to select Unicode encoding language.

Workaround: if the page will not print as you see it on the screen, there is a way you can print just the text of the page (no pictures or graphics).
select File from your menu bar, and choose Save As.
in the Save As dialogue box, select 'Plain text' as your file type, and then choose a temporary file name (such as page1.txt).
you can now open and print the file using your word processor.

if using Netscape, clear the cache, see:

http://help.sasknet.com/browser/netscape/noprint.html

let us know what worked for you...
