I have 2 PC's both running XP pro and they're connected through a 10/100 switch. One just sits in the corner with files on it and has a printer connected to it.
On my main PC I have 4 users. 2 are administrators and 2 are users. All users have this printer set as their default printer.
The problem is, the administrators can print to this printer no probs but the other "users" can see the printer and send a job to it though as soon as the job hits the print queue an error pops up in a balloon saying that there is a problem printing.
I'm guessing it's a privelidge thing but I've set "Full control" permissions on the printer on the spare PC as well as on the printer that can be seen on the main PC and still the "users" are not able to print.
Also, if I go looking for a printer on the network the "users" can't even see the printer in the network tree but the admins can.
Please assist and a big thanks in advance.
