can't print in IE6

for the last few weeks I've been getting this error message IE script error an error has occurred in the script on this page line 93 char 1 error Access is denied code 0 url res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdocic.dll/preview.dlg Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? YEs No It doesn't matter what I choose I still can't print I've got hotfix sp1 Q315000 for what it's worth on my list of programs. What do I do? NB I'm definately a novice so please be gentle with technical replies
