I can't print from Excel or Word anymore, only from the internet. I've tried, uninstalling, rebooting, disconnecting, etc. But I keep getting an error message stating no printer is installed. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, that is my second problem. It seems internet explorer doesn't recognize me as the administrator, and I can't change my active x settings to allow downloads. Any suggestions on that problem?
