Since installing BT Broadband and Norton AntiVirus, Cleansweep and Norton Internet Security, I can't print from IE. Get Internet Script Error, Line 93, Char 1, Error: Access is denied, Code: 0, URL: res//C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg and the annoying message, Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes / No

As for the error, make certain that IE settings in TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED tab that a checkmark is NOT at DISPLAY A NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY SCRIPT ERROR.

As for the PRINTER, you have to again check your printer setup and the connections.
Maybe Norton Security is somehow involved.
Are you by chance running a Network, with a PRINTER SERVER?
