Without knowing what you have tried, it's kind of hard to suggest "further ideas" without assuming that you have probably already tried my idea and I'm simply posting as a waste of time.

but here I go.... trying to help you anyway...

searched on your errors and came back with the following:

ON c0000005 error code:
http://www.eggheadcafe.com/ng/microsoft.public.fox.vfp.reports.printing/post2107313.asp
reccommends that you boot into safe mode, uninstall all printer drivers, and try printing with just the generic/text driver. Suggests it may be a driver issue and that you need to uninstall and re-install your software and/or drivers.

On res://c:\Windows\System 32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811165
Suggests that the printing issue may be related to another software/program install and reccommends removing it. Have you installed any other software just previous to having this issue? Maybe you want to try uninstalling potential software conflicts.

In light of the above reccomendations from other sites I would also advise to go back in your System Restore Calendar and see if there were any updates/installs listed on the calendar that may have prevented this issue and if necessary and all esle fails maybe doing a system restore back to when you knew it was working right... might solve your problems. Beware that subsequent installs/updates of whatever may cause the issue to re-occur.
