can't print blue or green anymore

My OfficeJet T45 prints all blues and greens in pink/red or yellow. No idea what happened. It started all of a sudden!. I changed cartriges, I've unistalled and re-installed the print drivers .....nothing! Any idea what I can do to fix it??

Hi You may have not printed for some time or you left the cartrigge out for a time before inserting a new cartridge. In any case it sounds like the jetsw are clogged with dried ink. You will have to run the cleaning cycle and you may have to run it more than once. Hope this fixes your problem. Stewart
