can't play dvd's

To everyone, i cannot play dvds, when i do it says to lower the screen resolution and pixels, i have done this but it stil does not work. i think its got something to do with the screen resolution but not sure. Please help!

hi jess, me too! isnt frustrating! toshiba tech-1 uninstall-re " " inter-veido-win. tech-2 install from net. am up to tech-3 my problem, started, out 3 veidos skipped! i did all steps above... i up-graded to platinaum-5 now "it says plz. incert dic/? when there is 1 in the "dic drive"?! u get get support from the manufactor or, where u bought it from. i hope this helps... oh. mirosoft supports intr-viedo-win!... good luck!!! i think rs is a quick fix, than mine...
