i'm on a domain, i am logged on as a domain admin, windows firewall is disabled.....

on this particular machine, i cannot ping anything though i am fully connected to the network. i get a "cannot reach host". My DNS and WINS are correct.

With the same logon name on a different machine with SAME network settings I can ping everything.....any ideas?
