Hi.. Can anyone tell me why after some time from Windows XP installation, I can't open the folders from network computers? I can see the computers on the network, I can see their content, but when I try to open a folder it takes about 15 min.!!! I started all the servicies to be sure is not one of them blocking the network but the problem persist.. Any idea??

i have run into the same problem before, if you have Fiber, check the modules one of them might be bad, otherwise if you are just using Cat5, check that cable, sounds more like a physical problem than anything else, it doesn't take much bandwidth to see other computers, but to get a file from another computer it has to transfer the whole file...
