Comment:
Greetings.
Whenever I click on "Tools," then "Internet Options" in Internet Explorer I get the following message: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator." I am logged on to the administrator account for this machine (there is only one account on the whole machine in fact). Can anyone tell me what setting(s) I need to change?
Thank you in advance for both your time and your consideration!
