Can't open control userpassword2

OS: Windows XP SP1
CPU/Ram: Pentium 3, 128 SDRAM

Hey all

I'm unable to open control userpassword2 window by typing that in Run window
I am logged in as administrator account

How can i fix that?
Is there another way to open it?

The command is control userpasswords2
(note the "s") I'm not sure if you just typed it wrong and left out the s on accident or not, so I apologize if this sounds like a stupid response.

You don't mention whether you have XP Pro or Home edition. I think the Home edition doesn't support userpasswords2.
