can't open another account

Hello everyone i have this problem with windows XP Proffesional when one account is signed in i can't open another account if i just do "other user" . when i then click on another account it gives me for one second the wallpaper of the one signed in account and then it goes back to the main screen. Any ideas ? grtz

i'm sorry ;) i think it's called fast user switching :) if i try to do that i can't open the acount unless the other one is completely logged off
