I had to reinstall windows xp. Now when I try an open an email it says there is an error opening the file using outlook express. I seem to receive the mail fine but can't open it or send a message. I looked in the outlook express folder and noticed that the msine.exe file is missing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi cristable1 If msimn.exe is missing, then OE won't start, as that is the main .exe Browse your computer for it (maybe it's still in the recycle bin?) If not, then expand it off of your XP CD. It's on there in the i386 folder as MSIMN.EX_ Expand it by typing msconfig in the RUN-box. On the first page, select 'expand file'.
