Hello. When I try to open a folder, it gives me the following message: C:*Documents and Settings*Mike.MIKE-QGUZUJX8UR is not accessible. Access is denied. Does anybody have a solution to this? Thanks

This could be a System file and is not intended to be viewed or modified by the user. However if you really want to you can open up Windows Explorer then go to Tools / Folder Options / View and then uncheck "hide protected operating system files (recommended)" and also under "Hidden files and folders" check show hidden files and folders. They recommend not doing this for a reason however so beware! You can screw thing up.

If the above fails then boot up your computer with an alternate boot disk... all files will then become visible and workable.
