Ex: When logging onto a secure site I put in my user name & password but it will not go thru. I get no message telling me why it just finally times out. What can I do to correct this? Thanks.

Are you running a firewall, or the completely worthless Microsoft Firewall? The Microsoft Firewall is garbage, the Free version from zonelabs.com is better. If your running a firewall, try disabling it when going to these sites. If that is the problem, then you need to adjust your settings to allow you to log onto these secure sites.

Are you using a proxy? Some proxy servers don't support SSL.
