Can't login in Safe Mode

I found some adware on my machine using Symantec AV. It could not delete the adware and asked me to boot in safe mode using msconfig. when it boots in safe mode it dosen't let me login .. 'wrong password'. I can't boot in normal mode because the msconfig setting s 'safe mode'.

If you can get to boot options A Description of the Safe Mode Boot Options in Windows XP Try the "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" then type C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\msconfig.exe
