can't login due to disable any user profile

Specs: Windows Vista
I accidentally disable the user profile including admin user and thus can't login to window

Log in with safe mode and log onto the built in Administrator users. When it asks for password enter try blank as often the Administrators password is not set when Windows is installed. If blank doesn't work you need to ask whoever set up Windows.

Normally Windows will not allow you to disable all admin user account, it forces you to keep at least one active to avoid problems like this. Which leads me to suspect that the problem is something else.

Thanks for your advice. It seems impossible to recover the system program and attached profile I therefore decided to format or reinstall the system. However, thank a lot
