Cant load Internet Explorer

This address "res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776" keeps setting itself as my homepage and does not let me load IE. is there a shredder I can download?? Thanks!

To get rid of this "res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776" problem download the CWS Shredder from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
