Can anyone help, when I try to load hotmail Live all it does is give me a blank window, even when I try to access it via MSN.
Have you tried pressing F5 when you get the blank screen? What browser are you using? You've been helped by a 15 year old.

what URL are you using to get to Hotmail? Try using their new address www.outlook.com
Also, try upgrading to Internet Explorer 8:
