Hi, I recently upgraded from Win ME to Win XP Pro. Now, when I try to install or uninstall a program, Windows installer will start, then display the following msg: "Error 1606. Could not access network location .\AllUsers\." Could someone pls advise me on how to resolve this? Thks.
