"I cleaned my computer"

What exactly do you mean by this? Did you format the drive? Did you put it in the dishwasher? What prompted the "cleaning"?

Please also provide details of the hardware involved. Is it a laptop or desktop system? Is it brand-name or a custom-built? What type of hard drives? IDE or SATA? Make/model of motherboard, CPU, ram etc. If your hard drive is not correctly recognized by BIOS then there is no way to install anything. That needs to be resolved first.
