i am not able to goto www.themexp.org but several people i know can go to it while i am not able. i asked three different people to try it and it loaded right up and mine sill just returns no page to display error. i tried flushing my dns and emptying my cookies and temp files and history as this usually solves i also shutdown zonealarm and put my computer on the dmz through my router. should i try it without the router at all or would this make a difference.

I just tried and it worked fine.
I'm using XP Pro, if that makes any difference (it shouldn't). The IP of the page is 216.32.208.116.
Hmmmm....

Try this everyone. It takes a long time for that page to load. Then I went into my IE options, and under the advanced tab, I checked the box "Use HTTP 1.1". Now it goes to the page with ease. Dunno, might help.

Hmmm
I have IE6 SP1 and that option was enabled by default. Maybe that's why you were having trouble.
It does sound like a DNS problem, though, if you can get to the page with the ip but not the hostname. Maybe they did just update it and some of the DNS propogation is very slow.
