I've got a trojan that is not letting me get to my bios page to reload my windows. I am unable to use any of the function keys f1 f2 f8 f11 f12 ctrl alt delete. Is there any other way to get to my bios page? Please help, I really can't afford a service call at this time.

Are you using a USB keyboard? If so, you might try a PS/2 one if you have one. But unless you need to change the boot order, there really isn't any reason to get into the BIOS to reinstall Windows. Just put the XP CD in and restart the computer.
I've never heard of a trojan that doesn't let someone access the BIOS, but I suppose it's possible, although very unlikely.

Hi Law u do one thing can u able to tell me which mother board r u using now.some m/b have only DEL button is used for go inside the BIOS

Your post is confusing as BIOSes on x86 PC's are O/S independent.
I believe you mean it goes thru the BIOS POST Screen, then finds a bootable medium, when the BIOS hands over to the bootable medium it then goes no further.
First off do any Bootable CD's boot, assuming the Optical Drive is first boot device!!
It would seem likely the trojan has destroyed some files in Boot Loader, therefore you need to boot from the XP CD and use the Recovery Console to rebuild the boot sector:

Trojans don't affect bioses or keyboard keys. Dell computers usually use F2 to access the bios. Is the keyboard working? (eg, when you boot it, try pressing lots of keys at once - you should get either a keyboard error or a lot of beeps of the keyboard is working. If its not, try a USB keyboard - though you'll need someone to swap out the laptop keyboard at some point (but that's easy on Dells).
