Cant get rid of popup advertisments

HI,
I am having difficulty removing advertising popups that start automatically as soon as i connect to the net. i've ran adaware,spybot.spysubtract which keeps telling me i have med to high risk spyware on my comp and i deleted as advised but it is still always there.I have run highjack this and here is the result if anyone can have a look and see whats in there i would be most grateful

download counterspy from here and run a FULL scan, its the best anti crudware out there ;)

I use the google tool bar that has a pop-up blocker, it works great. Have been using it about 18 months now.

Hi,
thanks for all your suggestions everyone.
I downloaded webroot spy sweeper free trial and now my pc is free from rubbish.I would recommend anyone who is fighting on with spy and adware to try this programme first as i have spent 3 days trying to remove these annoying popups of my pc and also used all the usual spyware remover progs adaware.spybot,cwshredder,spysubtract etc etc to no avail.

Thanks Barb,

I've tried it myself and was not at all unhappy with the performance. It's also highly rated by PC World. By the way, anyone who has MSN Internet access gets Webroot Spysweeper and updates for free. You can download it from the member center.
