Can't Get into Task Manager!

When I try to bring up Task Manager, I get a box that says "Task Manager has been disabled by Administrator" . I am the administrator. It is my home pc, and even when I try to "right click" on the task bar, the Task Manager option is "grayed out". I tried every combination to get it back but I can't. Please Help.....

Fallen Angel, Go to the link below and scroll down to Line 51(right column) and download the "Enable the Task Manager" reg fix. Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt.
