cant get into bios

Can someone please help me? i cant get into the bios on my computer. ive downloaded the manual for the mobo to check im presing the right key. still dosent work, ive tried holding down the delete key, just presing it once and presing it repeatedly. all of which dont work! PLEASE HELP

Use the DEL key, not the delete key.

Try using either or these keys and if it works , F1 or F2 and lastly the Esc key .. Have a look at this website below http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/bios_manufacturer.htm
