I've got 50 of these IBM Net vistas model 8306 w/Celeron. Already bought $1000 worth of ram on Ebay from 3 different sources with no luck on any. Crucial calls for DDR, non-ecc, unbuffered, pc2700, 128meg x 64, CL=2.5V it will take up to (2) 1 gig chips. I've tried 512 meg with no post on start up and 1 gig with no post on start up. Tried with 1 chip in other slot empty and tried with both slots loaded. Loaded multiple machines with same issues. The Ebay guys think I'm an idiot and claim it is impossible that 50 sticks of ram are all bad. I tend to agree with at least part of their claim however I know I'm not an idiot. Can anyone help get me out of the idiot status?
