Can't do multiple downloads !!!

Try this:
- Open 'regedit' [Start Menu -> Run -> regedit - Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ InternetSettings in the Nav. tree. - Go to Edit > New > Dword Value - Name it to: MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server - Right click it, select modify, Set Value Data to: 0000000a - Create a new Dword Value (Edit > New > Dword Value) - Name it to: MaxConnectionsPerServer - Right click it, select modify, Set Value Data to: 0000000a - Close Regedit, reboot computer.
That should fix it.

He is reffering to multiple download sessions..(hiccups), it is capped @ 2 by default in IE.
