cant do anything

My computer was running slow so I restarted it, logged in and waited for windows to load. It seemed done and an error message popped up "drive letter access component Failed" So I click don't send and after that I cant click anything and the taskbar has an hourglass. cntrl alt deletea and it takes forever to pop up, once it does I cant do anything anyways it wont let me. I restart. The only thing I can click is on the error message I got the first time, I click to view problem off error message pop-up. netscape launches and shows info but I cant click anything in netscape. now im stuck, cant even click out of netscape, I see the mouse and can move it tho... anyone know whats up, maybe the drive letter is the prob, maybe not. but the file is TFSWCTRL.exe if that helps. please help if you can...thanks.
