May 29, 2010 at 03:56:54
Specs: Windows XP, AMD Sempron / 1024 r
In c:/program files there is a folder named zzzzzzzzzz wich has a sub folder also named zzzzzzzz and this one has also a folder named zzzzz that is un-accessible. All folders are empty. Did a search but didn't find anything about it. Tried a "force uninstall" but was unable to delete this folder. Computer is clean from viruses or malwares. Any ideas anyone?

You can be pretty sure that folders with those names are not important.

If Safe Mode doesn't work you could use a Linux Live CD (such as Puppy Linux). You should be able to delete them using LInux because Windows will not be running. You set your CD to be first (from BIOS) then boot with the Live CD in the drive. When you close down and remove the CD, Windows will work as usual - minus the folders.

Google is NOT the only Search Engine!
