can't delete stuff from Ad-Aware

When I scan Ad-Aware I get BlazeFind, VX2, 180 Solutions, Alexa, TopMoxie and MRU List. I've tried to quarentine and delete then scan again, without rebooting, and they are all still there. How can I get them to perm. delete? Not too computer savy. Help!

Don't click Quarantine. Check all of the items found, click Next, click OK. The items then delete and go into quarantine. You can then click quarantine on the first page, highlight the quarantined file and delete it.
