can't delete downloaded iso

I downloaded this program thats in an iso format. I tryed installing the program but just gave me a bunch of jacked up errors and for some reason won't let me delete the file because it says its being used by another program. Same type of issue with video files that people have had problems with. Appreciate a cure for the problem.

try rebooting windows, then delete.

i try doing the dos way but it says it can't find the file....its bs...

1) Try deleting in safe mode
2) Get ur syntax correct to delete via a dos prompt - u need to put "" quotes in the command and type the correct path.... eg: del "C:\Videos\name of file.iso"
