I've reinstalled my Window XP Pro, and some user account of the past still in the Document and Settings folder (and they're up to several hundreds MB) so I wanted to delete them. But when delete, it said things like: Can not file the specified file.
Try opening the Control Panel and select "User Accounts" Select each account, one by one, that you do not want and delete them.
I hope that helps.

I did as you said, but in User Accounts, there're no such accounts I wanted to delete, just because those account are of the last Window version.

First make sure you're signed in with an administrator account. Then try opening the documents and settings folder, right clicking the user folder in question and choose the "Sharing and Security" option on the context menu.
Make sure that your account has the correct permissions to delete the folder. You may need to take ownership of the folder before you're allowed to work with it.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

I'm the only one using this PC, so I don't think there's any problem in Sharing and Security. I even ran in Safe Mode, but still no help.
