Can't delete a game error 6003

When I use the uninstall feature of the game FEAR (or the add/remove program from control panel) I get an an error message that says:
INSTALL SHIELD WIZARD Setup has expierenced an error -close running programs -empty the temp folder -check internet connection then try to run setup again. ERROR CODE -6003
I'm not trying to setup... I'm trying to uninstall.
