Canīt delet file on NTFS Patition

Hi, i want to delete an AVI Video file on my computer, but when i trie to delete it, Windows tells me that the file is in use. (no matter why?!) I have also checked my system for a virus but found nothing.

Drag it to RecycleBin then empty it. should work

I had the same thing happen, though not specifically .avi it happened w/ folders also. Sometimes a reboot will fix it.
