I just bought a Dell 4500 and low and behold there was no modem installed. I was kicking myself, let me tell you..But either way, I went out and I got a new modem, V92 PCI, put it in and all that jazz, but I still can not connect to the internet. I says the devices is not available. Can anyone tell me what is going on with that?
