Can't Copy User Profile

I want to copy a user profile. I've logged in as the administrator of the machine and the domain and still the this particular profile "copy" button is still grayed out. I've went to Documents and Setting folder and highlighted this particular profile, and added administrator as having full rights. I rebooted and after logging in as the administrator I'm still unable to copy the profile "grayed out". There are other profiles on this machine that will let me copy the profiles, just not the user profile I need to copy. Any suggestions?
