Hello,
I was able to connect last week using Remote Desktop Connection to our server which is based in another country. Since Friday, I have been recieving the following error: "The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection. Please try your connection again later. If the problem continues to occur, contact your administrator"
The support document suggests that it is the server that isn't accepting connections. However, users at that location are able to connect using the IP. I haven't made any configuration changes or anything and at this point the I.T. team at the remote location has dismissed the issue and I am in urgent need of connecting to the server.
Can anyone here give me some suggestions on what I should be looking at from the client end?

Perhaps they installed soem sort of firewall and failed to configure to let it pass.. that's the only thing that really comes to mind atm.
Make sure you have the ip (and port?) correct.

I am being told by the remote technicians that "we can connect to your server remotely fine with terminal services. Event viewer is indicating that it your client that you are using. Please ensure your not mapping over devices on your local machine within the remote desktop client connections"
