Can't Connect to MSN Messenger

When I tried to connect my @msn.com email using MSN Messenger 6.2, it wouldn't connect. I can use my @hotmail.com emails with it still, they'll sign in fine, but my @msn.com email just doesn't work. I recently installed the Gmail notifier, so uninstalled it and did a restore point to before that, but it still doesnt work. Also, I can still connect to my @msn.com by going to hotmail.com and signing in there, as well as my other emails. I've also tried reinstalling MSN Messenger 6.2 Any idea why this is happening?

Well i'm pretty sure it's because Messenger is down at the minute and has been having problems the last few days. Check out Help > Service Status in Msn Messenger.
